Best Audio?

I am teaching a post production class and we are moving into audio for the next month, but honestly, like a lot of other video guys, audio is my weakest link. What are some movies with the best audio? Obviously Star Wars, what else? Also, do any of you have any good resources on where to look online for videos or information for me to pass on to the kids (this is a University course, so they're all "adults"). Thanks!

Are you differentiating between sound editing and sound design? Star Wars is a great example of sound design - putting sound where it does not naturally exist.

But take a movie like The Conversation where sound and picture are being cut independently in order to tell the story.
