I really want to see this just to see if Sam Raimi can get away from the disaster that was Spiderman 3

I think they did a great job with the different movie trailers so far.

Franco always looks wasted: is the entire OZ movie a drug induced illusion?

[Mark Suszko] "is the entire OZ movie a drug induced illusion?"

Yes.

So was the 1939 Wizard of Oz. If you have any doubt, do the line up with Dark Side of the Moon thing. Herbal accompaniment optional.

When I first learned about Dark Side and Wizard of Oz I was shocked. This was pre-internet so there was no way to further research this. Around the same time I was playing the White Album backwards by dismantling cassette tapes and reversing the spools.

Since Dark Side is only 43 minutes and WoZ is 101, there has always been some question about what to do with Pink Floyd and the rest of the movie. Not shockingly, a time-rich young man took it upon himself to continue with songs from Wish You Were Here and The Wall to create Dark Side Of The Oz With A Wish Over The Wall.

God bless him. God bless the internet.

This clip contains all of the most exactly lined-up pieces of the two works, and it's quite remarkable.

[Mark Suszko] "Franco always looks wasted: is the entire OZ movie a drug induced illusion?"

I assume everything James Franco does anymore is some kind of performance art.
