Most Popular Feature Films Released In 2014

Since we have been talking about the anticipated films of 2013 I just saw a list for 2014 and it looks like a year of sequels (re-boots), which seems to be the new norm.

-X-Men: Days of Future Past
-Captain America: The Winter Soldier
-The Amazing Spider-Man 2
-Transformers
-The Hobbit: There and Back Again
-Mad Max: Fury Road
-RoboCop
-Jurassic Park IV
-Dumb and Dumber To
-Godzilla
-Bond 24
-Ninja Turtles
-Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
-Zoolander 2
-The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1
-Rio 2
-The Muppets II
-The Legend of Conan
-Resident Evil 6
-Cinderella
-Police Academy
-Did any one make it this far down the list? There are more but I got tired or copying and pasting.

Now I can't wait for 2014 to come.

-Captain America: Winter Soldier

-The Hobbit: There And Back Again

-Zoolander 2

One of the funniest movie scenes. Got to love Zoolander:

Now on to 2015:

Star Wars 7

Dukes of Hazard in Space

George W Bush Werewolf Slayer

Pirates of the Caribbean: The Treasure of Martha's Vineyard

Alien 3 Redux

Anyone care to finish this? Seemed funny at first but we may actually see some of these

Mike,
Ha Ha, those actually sound like real movie titles.

2017 seems like an appropriate amount of time for Sony Pictures to reboot Spider-man again.

Police Academy! Awesome.

Mike - Good job on those titles. I would probably watch one or two of those just to enjoy how bad they would be.

[Jeff Breuer] "Police Academy! Awesome. "

I was going to say that Steve Guttenberg needs the work, but I looked it up: the guy's busier than ever! And judging by the titles anyway, hardly any of it looks like Italian porn.

Good for him! Sorry I was going to make a joke about it. Not sorry about the Italian porn joke though.

"George W Bush: Werewolf Slayer"

Would it be weird to say that I would actually watch this if it were a real movie?

Tim, Who makes Steve Gutenberg a star?

Love this song:

Not sure why I can't find the actural clip from the Simpsons but this will do.

That's really funny!

Even though I JUST DID, I kind of hate making jokes about guys like Steve G, who are by all accounts really nice, hardworking professionals....but I guess your explanation is as good as any. :-)

I enjoyed the Police Academy movies and from the little I know about Steve G. he does seem like a nice guy. I heard an interview with him and he talked about the first Police Academy movie and I guess everyone thought it was going to bomb. I can't remember but I think he was told not to do it since it was going to be so bad. Seemed like a very humble guy.
