Spielberg Watching the 1976 Oscar Nominations

Haha, this is a good watch. It's a video of Spielberg watching the televised announcement of the 1976 Academy Award nominations, in which he thought Jaws would be nominated for 11 awards (in my opinion, I agree, it should probably have). You get to see Spielberg be visibly disappointed when he doesn't get a director nomination, and say the line "I got beaten out by Fellini..!" It's basically just a good look at a young breakout director Spielberg, before he became do-whatever-he-wants old Spielberg.

That was interesting, mainly because this video exists! Remind me to never tape myself watching the Oscar nominations. Or better yet, tape it but destroy it if it does not meet my expectations. Because the makers of the short film "Time Freaks" taped themselves checking, and they have a cool video--
