Have not fully made up my mind about this, but my Spider-Sense is tingling. Only evil will come of it, I fear.

I think the possibilities are endless and the fun limitless, but potential copyright infringement is also endless and limitless.

However, with that being said, my creative side is gushing over with all the possibilities. I going to put myself in Predator, Boogie Nights, and the Godfather as soon as I get my copy.

Thanks,
Harry

This could be a lot of fun. Chances are it will use some proprietary codec and editing interface, thus limiting content to officially licensed movies. This proprietary nature should remain in place for about 12 hours after release thanks to the good folks of the interwebs, opening the door for massive copyright infringement and probably a lot of fun. "Witness" is cool, and my middle-age sensibility says this was some of Ford's best work, but I can think of dozens of movies I would rather act in.
From the looks of the website, they made the promo and licensed the content but they do not have an actual product yet.

Boogie Nights!?!? David is no doubt a big fan of PS Hoffman, I'm guessing.... no, don't tell me if it's someone else, it's really Too Much Information. :-P

You guys recall TV shows in the very early 70's called "The Copycats" or "Don Adams' Screen Test"?

Similar concept. Where these guys will make MORE money I think is if they give you backgrounds to famous live concert performances of rock bands, cash in on the Guitar Hero crowd.

Or, put up a background of a simple live TV news report, the reporter trying to intro his package, so all those idiotic people that love to jump around and wave in the background have some place else to do that...

Bad acting in front of a green screen...hmmm...if they license the Star Wars prequels, they might actually get a good result. Ouch.

No offense to Hayden Christensen, but he was pretty weak. But that is another thread.

He stumbled through the script with tears in his eyes and teen angst in his voice. Poorly. Too bad the script didn't point him off a cliff.

I bet it got laughs from mark and harrison...

Good Day
