I ran into a situation a week ago that has presented a problem. I was on a job where the producer needed me to convert the F900 to shoot PAL. I changed the format in the camera, but did not change the frame rate from 23.97p to 25p. (my expertise when shooting PAL is limited to this job, normally, it's NTSC)
The client now says they are having audio problems in post and that they need to run the tapes through an Alchemist Converter to change the audio format to 25p.
How big of a deal is this on their end and how does this affect the footage?
