I have to take this opportunity to thank Ron Amborn for the best customer service I have seen in a long, long time.
I have been using a Maxx Digital array for about a year and I ran into some kind of power supply problem. I emailed Ron on a Sunday night and asked for his guidance. Within an hour -- remember this is Sunday night -- he called me on the phone, asked a few questions, and promised to ship out a replacement part the next morning.
He did just what he said. I was back up-and-running almost without missing a beat. I never had to tell the client, "Well, there will be a slight delay in post-production because..."
I made the deadline. Client happy. Array humming along smoothly.
