I just had a drive fail and all the screen is telling me is that it is detecting disks and I need to re initialize. disc 1 is pulsing blue and disk 2 light is not on. raid mode Dip switch on the back: 1 is set to down and 2 is up, but I cannot find info if that means it is set to raid 1 (mirror) or raid 0 . The red "re-build light is flashing as well, I just do not know which drive is bad or if it is even set to mirror so I can rebuild the drive.

I looked on Maxx's site but there are no manuals there

any insight would be helpful.
