I plan on further testing, but it looks like turning off Qmaster on my system and disabling File Sharing on all of our suites has resolved all of our issues. We have been working for 2 days now and the Final Share server is working flawlessly.

PS - I removed one of my graphics cards yesterday and replaced it with the Gefen DVI to Mini Display Port Converter and it works great. I am hoping this will resolve some of my FCP weirdness and improve stability.
