I just wanted to say thanks to Kyle Lodge as well as Bruce and everyone else at Maxx Digital for all their hard work. Honestly, their customer support is truly something to behold.
We had some major issues with a pair of Evo2 4 Bay Towers that weren't mounting due to previous users configuring them incorrectly (and disabling the alarms built into the drives so that these issues weren't caught until months after the fact, at which point we were having these mounting issues).
Kyle did a LOT of work to help us out, keeping in constant communication over the phone, via iChat, etc. and working with us for many hours over the course of two days. It was a hell of a problem to solve, and he and everyone else at Maxx Digital went through every detail to pinpoint and diagnose the problem. They were EXTREMELY patient to say the least and were very cordial through the entire process.
We've come across other technical issues before during the course of this project, but no one else has given us the same level of support as Maxx Digital.
We really appreciate your comments and we all strive to service our customers in the same way that all of us here at Maxx Digital would like to be treated.Our biggest reward is what you wrote on the cow and being a satisfied customer.
