You need to pick something that you want the person to see or read first. There is no focus point here. Perhaps you could make the "Why choose the Tax Expert?" your center of attention and the first thing that stands out, and thus the first thing someone would read. You can make it big and bold, across the full width of the flyer. Without a clearly dominating element, everything fights for attention. The yellow background is currently the strongest element, and even has the largest type, so I start reading it before the rest of the text.
