Illustrator - 'document size' vs 'displayed size'
on Dec 18, 2007 at 4:37:54 am

it's a simple one and if there would be a 'Read First' I would have checked it....

if I have an illustrator document in let's say 120mm X 90mm. Why is the displayed size (100%) so much smaller and do I have to worry about that?
Maybe it's just an Scrren Resolution issue, or so?

I want to print the designed thing later, so it matters to me.

thx
Gunnar

Display size has nothing to do with print size.

Look at your Docuemnt settings to see print size

Suggest you get started with the Classroom in a Book and build a solid foundation

Make your document 1/2 scale - 100 cm x 550 cm.
Or smaller, 1/4 scale - 50 cm x 275 cm.
