bounding box issue...
on Jul 26, 2006 at 5:30:33 pm

The file referenced below, when selected in Illustrator shows 4 bounding boxes. 2 of the bounding boxes are larger than the shapes they are bounding. What I'd like to know is how to reduce the bounding boxes on those two so that they just go the edge of the shape they are bounding.

I need to do this so that I can import into 3D program to use as a texture map.

Help anyone?

ftp://web3.ehost-services.com/Downloads/ Then select and download the file "oval.ai"

Jayse, Kim, Mike or Richard

Thought for sure one of you leaders would attempt to answer my question. I guess I'm just spolied by the reaction of the After Effects forum.

2. I was on road.. just got back
3. I am not an AI expert... just PS
4. I woudl guess you want to choose Flatten Transparency
5. Bounding boxes go to the edge of whatever is selected in a square

I'd take a look at it, but I get an FTP Error: user anonymous cannot log in.

I tried Richards advise, but that did not work. Thanks in advance.
