No Quicktime Pro-Res option in Photoshop'
on Sep 29, 2017 at 4:53:28 pm

I just upgraded to Sierra & Adobe CC 2017 from Mountain Lion & Photoshop 6 which exported pro-res video fine. Now I'm on a 2013 Mac pro running Sierra: I'm running Photoshop CC2017 but it won't render video out as Quicktime Pro-Res files.
Though Prores codecs are accessible in Media Encoder when exporting from Premire Pro CC2017, they don't show up as options when trying to render video out of Photoshop, only a handful of options are offered under Quicktime & none are Pro-Res.

Any advice?

It's been years since I tried to export any video from PS, but does it offer Image Sequence export option perhaps? That could then be imported into Premiere to work with or convert.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. This isn't very practical as I've hundreds of clips exported from PFClean that I want to retouch further in photoshop then import into premier. It is amazing that photoshop can edit & retouch video but cannot export to Prores.
