I am combining a still image taken from a camera with a piece of artwork. The grains on the artwork are very distinctive, in that it looks like it has noise, grain, and wear and tear. I need to make the color and texture of the still image resemble the artwork, and in fact, the still image should look older, with wear and tear, as opposed to how its current clean cut look. I have tried color correction and color balancing, but that has no effect on the texture of the image, for obvious reasons. I tried the nose and grain filters as well, but without luck, and i suspect that it may be a combination of several filters that can do the job, not just one. Since I don't have the experience with photoshop to know which combination of filters would provide the needed results, i was hoping someone could give me a clue as to what i can do, or where i can look to for help.
