Im trying to create a streaky outline around a characters silhouette.
The character is animated in Maya and I did a test render using toon lines in maya. However the result is jittery and jumpy. I think there is a 2D solution to doing this with a cleaner result. Can anyone help with how I could replicate this effect in photoshop? I attached the image I get out maya. I need it to look the same just cleaner.
