Rite i have a problem. I am being given eps files that have a transparent background, theand they need to be put in to Final Cut Pro. I know that CMYK doesnt work in FCP so that they have to be in the RGB spectrum, however when i convert them, their values change and as they are clients specific logos i cannot change them. Is there ay way for me to match the CMYK colours in RGB or any way around this problem.
They are two different color spaces with colors that overlap and a lot that don't. So getting them to match exactly is impossible. You can get them close, but the reality is there's colors that each have that the other doesn't. Sometimes converting to LAB first then to RGB helps.
