hi-res web images for broadcast

We are looking for direction on getting hi-res web images for broadcast tv (digital standard-def). Years ago, as an Avid DS editor, I got good results by linking to (not capturing) a screen-grab of a web page displayed on a large 2-monitor setup. This was a down and dirty technique, but produced a cleaner, better-looking image than any our team has been able to produce at my new place. Any suggestions? I need to provide marching orders for a web launch campaign. Our team has moderate to solid experience on programs like Photoshop and AE. Thanks.

Use Snapz Pro or iShowU on Mac.... Snaggit or Camtasia on PC

Set monitor to highest resolution.... Bump up broswer font size...
