Adjusting multiple video frames in Photoshop at once

I was wondering if anyone knew if you can and how to select multiple frames when using any kind of video with the animation timeline in Photoshop CS3 Extended? Currently it appears I can only add a filter or do any adjustments to a single frame at a time. Can you select all frames, or pick more than one to apply a filter to them all at once?

I know you can bring in filters into After Effects, but for certain tasks the selection tools and methods in Photoshop would work better than AE tools.

Make the video clip a Smart Object.. then add the filter

Cool, that worked with filters, but what I really wanted to do in this case was an image adjustment called "replace color". That is grayed out when I apply a smart filter. Is there any way to use the images adjustments, such as replace color on a whole video clip?

In AE or FCP.. yes.....

You can also convert the video clip to LAB mode

Then do a Curves adjustment in the A or B channel to pull this off
