learning curve from PS 6.0 to CS2
on Jul 14, 2005 at 5:57:06 am

I've been using PS 6.0 forever and am very comfortable with it. I just got CS2 gifted to me and am trying to decide if the learning curve is worth it. Can forum members speak to me about how steep the learning curve is from 6.0 to CS2, whether it's "worth it," and how stable (bug-free) CS2 is?

thanks a lot-

It would be helpul if you told people how you use Photoshop and what type of jobs.

Good point-thanks. I use it mainly to clean up and alter photos to be used in video productions edited in PPro 1.5, and/or animated in After Effects.

Hi
I do the same time of work and CS2 is what you have been waiting for.
It is very video oriented and fixed instabilities in CS, particularly filters. They are now fast and usable in CS2. It has made several improvements that their "What's New" explanation is very clear on. You are one lucky cow now.

Thanks Del--I'm excited! This is probably the first time I've been called a 'lucky cow' and been happy about it. ;-}
