How Can I clone an object and make it a brush?
on Jun 2, 2005 at 4:24:52 pm

so Im making a marque with lights, I want to have the light bulb layer I created to be used as a brush so everytime I click on a layer the light bulb will be placed. Whats the best way to do this? I think brushes are only blk and white, and this is a color image layer. any Ideas?

Brushes are stored as greyscale, but they paint with the foreground color. If the bulb has a variety of colors then you might save it as a layer in a "library" file that you can copy and paste from anytime you need it.
