RED in Speedgrade

I have a project in Premiere that consists of Red Epic 5k shots, now I've downscaled them to 2k and made an EDL and went to Speedgrade. In speedgrade Im not being able to relink the media, I keep getting "Frame Index Out of Range", and on the footage in the Speedgrade timeline it shows -1527, the timecode of the shot is 17:40:15:01-17:41:02:14. Can anybody give some insight into this issue, it would be appreciated.

In Speedgrade, make sure both your timeline FPS and your FPS settings under Settings > Editing match your EDL before trying to import and link.

Hey Angelo, thanks for the reply. I have double triple checked the settings,

Sequence settings in Premiere are 24fps, so is my footage
Speedgrade settings are 24fps Base Timeline.

I even re installed speedgrade but the issue still persists, it cant be the footage cause when I just drag the footage separately in speedgrade I have no issues, and when I did a DPX render out of Premiere of the same sequence with the same footage I had no issues.
