RedCine-X Pro and Redline Multicore Slow Down

I am running RedCine X Pro build 14 on a mac pro and I am using the Redline option for multicore processing.

It was working great, and all cores were at 100% in istat menus.
For some reason this has slowed down and I don't know why.
Before it was a constant 90-100% cores in use, now it's up and down, mostly under 50%.

I'm not an OSX expert, but I believe kernel_task may be CPU throttling if you're hitting high CPU temps.

Have you tried letting the machine sit for a bit to let the CPU cool? Try doing that and see if the performance goes back to 100%

Is this happening from a cold start?

What is your CPU temp during the process? You may have to grab a program that will show the processor temp in the OSX menu bar.
