You can try messing with RedCine X but at that point it's maybe time to adjust the workflow and decide whether L&T is the right place to go cooking your ProRes clips. I'd consider it in RED's tool instead and connect the XMLs up later.
The FCP presets work on RLX files that were once created bby the now defunk RED ALERT. Those files could be stored in the RED ALERT presets folder and then could be read back by FCP log and transfer tool and applied to the clips.
As far as I can tell I do not think that log and transfer reads the XML file of a look generated by REDCINE X, but you do have the option to go daylight or tungsten.
From what I can see in the "as shot" or one of the tungsten or daylight presets.
If you did capture with the RG2 and RC2 then it should be reflected in FCP's latest RED QT plugin.
