problem with Log & Transfer FCP with RED footage
on May 23, 2010 at 4:22:15 am

Hi
I was wondering if someone could help me out.
I am trying to add a folder into my FCP Log and Transfer window and I am having trouble. I am trying to import some RED footage. It is an RDM file. The problem is the file shows up in the NAME column, but it has nothing in it. I can't access any of the files to transcode.

I am using FCP 6.0.6 with OSX 10.6.3

I love this forum and any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Cheers

Chum

An RDM file is a file that instructs teh metadata within the RED .R3D file. I is not a mdia file and can not be imported as such.
