Please define "full movie". What's the video format? Where did it come from?

There is nothing to fix!
Its you who is trying to import a bad or non-compatible video format into Vegas.
As Mike also asked you: What's the video format? Where did it come from?

I downloaded a old movie with torrent, it's a 1.67 GB , it's a AVI file.
Look like my Vegas don't allow me to open big video file, like a video of 90 min for example, there is a lenght time limits ?

With my movie maker I can open every video file I want, also movies of 120 minutes lenght, but every time I try to do it with my sony vegas, I failed.

Odds are that Vegas has no idea what codec was used to create the AVI file.
My guess is that it's Divx or Xvid but you need to find out for sure.
Use MediaInfo (it's a free download) to find out what codec was used and report back here with your results.

NEVER install a codec pack (such as Klite) as that has been known to severely mess up Vegas by replacing known good codecs with inferior ones.

Vegas opens any length video file. The problem is that movie you
downloaded from a torrent was encoded with a codec that doesn't
sits well with Vegas!
