How to save snapshot without black bars?

Want to save snapshot of my video, but it saves with black bars though few days ago it save only the actual frame. What went wrong?

Somehow you've captured a 4x3 format and put into a 16x9 project.

I always do that. I have black bars in video, but I want to take snapshot directly from Vegas preview and before I could do that with no problems.

Assuming your project settings have a 16x9 aspect ratio (e.g. 1280 x 720),try this. In Vegas, select your event. There should be black bars on either side. Then open the pan/crop window. Place cursor over the image, then right-click and select Match Output Aspect. The image should then fill the entire frame.

You could also use the "Match Media" button in the "Project settings," and select you source media. Then your project will match you source media, and stills will no longer be pillar boxed.
