does this trimming feature exist on Sony Vegas?

Hi. I like to drag down multiple clips onto the the timeline at a time and trim them right on the time line.
When I do, there are gaps of empty space left over from having been trimmed. Is there a feature where I can make all the trimmed clips line up so there is no more gap without having to manually click and move each one next to each other? preferably, I'd like to move the clips as close to the beginning of the timeline as possible as I largely edit in order. Thank you so much.

Wow, thank you guys. I realized that even after using vegas for almost 10 years now, I'm still completely not using it the best way possible. are there any other tips or any videos you recommend for tips and not just the basics?
