No, use the Sony AVC Internet 720p template instead.

[Thayalan Paramasawam] "After i render....my file size is to large (1.9gb) and its take a hours to upload. How reduce my file size with good quality."
File size is controlled 100% by bit rate. Lower the bit rate and the file will get smaller. Use the Two Pass option of MainConcept AVC if you need more quality at lower bit rates.

The Sony template uses a very high bit rate. Probably higher than you need. I use 3Mbps - 4Mbps for my Boris TV tutorials and they look fine.

[Thayalan Paramasawam] "(I use 3Mbps - 4Mbps).Pls check my setting."
That's not the MainConcept AVC encoder. That's Sony AVC. You did set it correctly for 4Mbps but MainConcept AVC will give you better quality at lower bit rates, especially if you use Two Pass (Sony AVC doesn't support this).

[Thayalan Paramasawam] "can you screen shoot me how to set."

Then set the Average (bps): to 4,000,000.

[Thayalan Paramasawam] "How about maximum (bps)"
I would set maximum to double the average. This limits how high any one frame can get. You don't want to set it so high that it doesn't play back smoothly but with Internet video I don't think you need to worry as much as for broadcast or DVD.

You go to the Boris FX web site and select Training | Boris TV and then Sony Vegas Pro. Try this link.
