YouTube Rendering Settings for Sony Movie Studio Platinum V12?
on Aug 27, 2015 at 1:59:51 am

For those of you who use Sony Movie Studio Platinum V12 (it is similar to Sony Vegas 12 and Vegas Pro 12 without all the extra features), what would the recommended rendering settings be for quality YouTube videos?

YouTube recommended parameters:

However, the MainConcept AVC/AAC rendering settings do not support CABAC, but the older Sony AVC render settings do.

Also, I have a Canon PowerShot ELPH 115 IS camera, which records video in either 640x480 SD@30 fps or 1280x720 HD@25 fps. YouTube recommends preserving the original frame rate. I want my camera videos to look realistic prior to uploading them to YouTube.

Thank you,

And keep your renders framerate same as your source video.
