Hello: Overlaying two videos, crop one freely off center

Hi, new here!
I've always been lurking on these threads to find great solutions from all of you here at the cow!

I'm having a bit of a problem with a project I'm doing.
I have loaded up two videos that are exactly the same except video #1 has subtitles while video #2 doesn't.
My problem is, in video #1, there is a watermark at the top and I want to get rid of it so what I did was crop the video to keep the subtitles but not have the watermark visible.
Although I cropped it, video #1 always locks at center.

Is there a way to freely move a cropped video so I can match it up with video #2? Thank you so much!

The easiest way is to just use the Mask tool in Pan/Crop. Just create negative mask around the part of the video that you want to crop out and it will disappear.
