I know this is the Vegas thread, but there's no virtualdub thread and their forums are closed so meh.
So I'm using the VHS effect by YouTube user "You-Key-Menu-Star" in VirtualDub, but I've suddenly run into a problem. My footage is 29.976 fps but when I import it, VirtualDub treats it as 14.985 fps, even when exporting to AVI. I've dug through various menus as well as through the VHS effect script and I can't figure out why on earth this is happening.
If it helps, my footage is an AVI encoded in mpeg4 like the VHS effect asked for, and I'm in VirtualDub 1.9.10. I've been using this effect for quite a while and it's only just started happening. Please help!
