Whatever I try to mask, it creates a white contour line.
I thought it was a hole between what I masked and what left but it's not, it's a solid white line.
Seems like feather deletes it but what if I don't wanna feather?
How could I fix that?
Thanks.

A screen grab of your timeline and Mask Controls would be good to have here?

Graham is correct, a picture would help...

It sounds like you have your Mask before your FX so that the FX are affecting the Mask (which s the default). What you need to do is drag the Pan/Crop node to the end of the FX chain so that everything is masked AFTER all of the FX are applied. Like this:

If that doesn't fix your problem then post a screenshot of your Mask window and Preview windows as others have suggested so that we can all see what's happening.

There are no effects.
I click on Event Pan/Crop of an image as an example, whatever I want to cut off of that image, I get that white contour line.
About masking settings, they're default, I open Event Pan/Crop then mask whatever I want.
Like I said it disappears if I use feather so if you say we have to use feather to get rid of it I'll assume that's how it works so that white line is normal but if not, I'd like to know why I'm getting that line.
And like I said above I didn't change any mask setting ;)

Joao, as 3 of us have attempted to assist you without much headway, now is the time to present to us your ScreenGrabs of your Timeline and Pan/Crop including your Media settings and your Project settings.

Over to you . . .

[Joao Souza] "No matter your project settings, you should never get a white contour line when masking or is there a project setting that would add that white line?"
There should NOT be a white line. It is not normal. Did you change the track composite mode? Something is causing the unwanted white line. Until you can post a screen shot, there is little more we can suggest. It's just not normal.

John I found the problem.
If I add a file in the middle of a project, there's no white line but when I start a new project and add a file, when I open Event Pan/Crop for the first time, by default it has Sony Brightness and Contrast plugin after Pan/Crop like you mentioned, it always happens the first time I open Event Pan/Crop of any file, once I delete Brightness plugin, when I open Event Pan/Crop again it's not there.
Weird.
Thanks for your help guys ;)

That's really odd that the Sony Brightness and Contrast plugin is on a new Event without you doing anything to put it there. Glad you found out what it was.

Joao, something has got mashed in your VP load. I'd suggest a Factory Default on load. Test it and see if that cures it. If THAT fails, uninstall and reinstall Vegas.

You should NOT be getting an EXTRA FX by default - no sireee!

I don't care cause I just have to delete that plugin, as long as it's working I'm fine ;)
