Anyone met this problem before? I am trying to render it to wmv as I always do, worked perfectly before. (but I tried mp4, avi, nothing worked)

Try rendering using CPU only and see if it works.

What do you mean by that? (Sorry I'm not an expert) gpu acceleration is turned off, can't turn it on anyway I don't have a good card)

Try setting you RAM Preview to Zero (0) and see if that helps. I just had a 15 minute video that kept getting stuck at 87% and wouldn't go any further. I set my RAM Preview to 0 and it completed without a problem. You can find that under Options | Preferences | Video. Worth a try.

Thank you, I'll try that! Hope it works! Btw I have 3gb ram.

You can leave it at zero if you'd like. You won't be able to use RAM Preview but if you don't use it there is no problem keeping it at zero. I actually consider it a bug so consider this a workaround.

Never met this issue until now, when I edited mobile videos. Will it decrease my render time? During render Vegas used 800mb of my memory, never happened before. Is this because of mobile videos or because ram preview at 0? Anyway what does ram preview actually means? Thanks!

RAM Preview is the memory used when you press Shift+B to render a section of video to RAM so that it plays back smoothly. It will also buffer playback when in loop mode. If you never use Shift+B then you don't need to worry about it.
