Upgarded to Vegas 13 and have somehow created a dramatic delay between video and audio

I have a dramatic delay between audio and video after upgrade (PC2)
Media drive is Raid 0 and defraged
Video Card Quadro 4000 with latest update
I have adobe on the machine also it runs fine no GPU problem
I am editing Cineform AVI 1920x1080 30p - took the same file to my slower machine plays and edits fine.
The Audio is ahead of video and the video is jittering even on (Draft Half) only on (Draft 1/4) will it play in sync.
Did a speed test on raid drive with Black Magic disk speed test program it says at 10bit 422 Write 174mb/s read 179mb/s
My OS is on an SSD
ANY Idea what to check I have always been able to edit Cineform avi?

Hi Don, Wow. So the same project plays fine in Vegas 12 and not in Vegas 13? I haven't seen any difference between the two versions on my computers. I would contact Sony. I wouldn't even know where to start debugging this. I hope others here have ideas.

Thank You John for responding - I didn't know if there was something in particular to be cautious of. Unfortunately I updated my Cineform HDlink - All my new blue stuff - Nvidia driver - boris all at the same time, since I was upgrading. and don't know where to look.
I still have 12 on the machine and it works fine.

Could it be that the project I am working in was built in V12? and I just opened it in V13 and tried working in it, could that be a problem?

The only way to view smoothly in V13 is in draft 1/4! That's like editing with my glasses in the other room!

I haven't had that problem. Maybe it's the nVidia driver? I'm still using 311.35 because it works. Maybe try and install that one and see if it helps.
