Hi Rob,

You will need to load Apple Quicktime (best version would be 7.7.6). Keep in mind ProRes and DNxHD are 4:2:2 10 bit, and to retain the 10 bit for processing you will need to work in 32-bit floating point rather than 8 bit. You can not render out ProRes, but can read and render DNxHD after you have installed the Avid codec. DNxHD 10 bit codec should provide a rendered file in 10 bit (provided you are processing in 32-bit floating point).
