New EULA and family members using one computer

I read that they have changed the EULA. It now allows installation (I use VP12) on one computer only.
I understand that it's not that great for people with multiple computers. I think it's not that great, because the workflow may (most likely does) include multiple computers.

Before installation it says it's licensed to me, but it doesn't say (or at least I didn't notice) anything about how many people are allowed to use it on that one computer it's installed on. I'd like to know that - by the license - is my family allowed to use the software while they are on the computer (one person using the computer/software at a time) or would they technically require their own licenses?

Because if they do, that's already kind of a problem. You can't install the 32/64-bit Vegas more than once on the same computer, thus you can't even activate the license for use.

Ilkka, SCS have changed the EULA again.
Have you read this post (by an ex SCS-, now Magix staffer)
https://forums.creativecow.net/readpost/24/1013703
"Sony grants you a limited license to use the Software on two (2) computers or mobile devices, as applicable; provided that the Software may not be used on two (2) or more devices simultaneously".
http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/corporate/eula

Note that the previous EULA (e.g. VPro 12) said "use", not "install" even though
"The old EULA for previous SCS apps allowed for 1 install and 1 back up.
"Sony grants you a limited license to use the Software only on one (1) computer or mobile device, as applicable, and you may create one (1) back up copy of the Software".

I don't think there has been a problem, if you have installed it on two devices but have not used it on them simultaneously. I would not worry about who actually uses the device.
There were several discussions about that EULA at the time, e.g.
