Pan/Crop and project resize correllation

Hello.

I have some difficulties to solve the dilemma regarding video pan/crop and project size to restrict any interpolation from Upsizing.

I have a video in 1920x1080px size. I cut it into several pieces, joined in one track and applied same crop size 1600x900px to all of them. But the project size remains as 1920x1080. This means that my video still be rendered in project size and this destruct the pixels, resizing them.

Now I would like to know how to make changes so that it wouldn't get interpolated and rendered with no pixel loss? Should I change project size to 1600x900 also?

Regards.

In the Pan/Crop Source Options try selecting "No" for "Stretch to Fill frame". Works in MS12 but I don't know about MS13.

Yes. If you want to render 1600x900 you should change your project to match that. Then everything will be cropped correctly.
