What do I do for a sountrack?

I guess if you have big bucks, you can pay John Williams - uh is that the guy's name who does Spielberg's soundtracks? Uh the Boston Pops guy?

Well - of course. I don't have Spielberg type bucks so how do I get a soundtrack?

I see there are various websites that offer music tracks, gratis. Public domain music or for some reason they give you the sound w out charging.

I guess I'll have to keep checking those sites out till I find some matching sound but so far, I didn't find anything I wanted to use.

So I guess that is what you do when you have little to no budget?

I have Sony Sound Forge but have not even opened it yet. Are there any soundtracks in there?

Funny thing is, awhile ago I found some good music on Youtube that would have been good for my project. this was original music a young kid had composed and he offered to sell it to me for a nominal fee. But it was good music, unfortunately I lost his contact info.
But man, that was perfect for my project.

Any advice will be appreciated.

SmartSound has a lot of great royalty free music that you can buy to create a sound tracks yourself. Lots of good mood stuff in their catalog.

Nope. Sound Forge is an audio editor. You could use Sony ACID with their loop libraries but you need to be a bit more musical than you need to with SmartSound.

Wow I may have found my soundtrack John!

This is prob going to be it.

I love it!

Wow amazing to think I can have use of this for such a pittance!

It's epic. Sort of reminds me of the soundtrack from, "Last of the Mohicans" in that it's so epic!

It makes my voice over sound a heck of a lot better, and once I redo it with more life and effort it should be good.

It really is amazing I can have this whole orchestra in my show working for me!

thanks so much John!
