When importing files into Vegas, video track turns green

Hi, as the title of the post says, whenever I import my recorded Minecraft gameplay to Sony Vegas Pro 13, it imports as a green video track, shown here:

I've tried browsing forums, installing codes, reinstalled Sony Vegas AND QuickTime; as well as an older version of QuickTime, and even tried using HandBrake. None of these methods worked out for me, and I've been left with this problem for quite a bit now with no solution. I've even browsed a couple of posts on this forum, however none of the "solutions" other people had worked for me. Oddly enough, Windows Media Player plays the track perfectly fine. Can anyone please help me with this problem? :(

It looks like a codec problem. Try using a free utility like AviDemux 2.5 (not 2.6) to convert the file to M-JPEG. See if Vegas can edit it then.
