Alright. Been using PIllusion for sometime now on this current machine. Went to use it today and I got hit with a trial version expiration notice. I understand it's because my Machine ID changed somehow. I disconnected all external drives and tried to activate over the net, twice. Still have one more try remaining.

Rather than risk it, I searched for the installer figuring I'd have to uninstall and reinstall. found the download link for 3.0.9 which is the version I'm on.

I uninstall it, reinstall it, go to enter my serial and it's a serial for v3.0.0

Won't take my serial.

UPDATE: I found my 3.0.9 license. I used it, got an error saying I activated too many times and said I could free up activations by uninstalling from two other different versions of the very computer I am on. I have no idea what hw changed or why this happened.

UPDATE 2: I just opened a ticket with GenArts via their email.

What do I need to do? Can't find my 3.0 disk.

Email support@genarts.com. You need an updated serial number.
