Howdy,

I'm trying to install SE on a different computer and my activations are used up. Old computer died.

I've tried three times to send a message to support to get the activations reset and included all needed info in the body of the email. Each time I get an instant email back that says "Ticket creation failed: activation count reset".

Apparently there is no way to contact them? I just found out about the ownership change today. Are they still in business? I'm pretty bumbed out here. I have both the orignal key and the newer serial but it does me no good if I can't even get a message to support.

I used their link to send. Apparently it does not work any longer?

You've tried emailing support@wondertouch.com and support@genarts.com and they both give the ticket creation error message?

I've just found out we're having a problem with our support system, so if you're having trouble getting emails through right now it should be fixed soon.

I tried again and got through OK. They reset my activations, so all is well. Thanks again. :)
