ACTIVATE PI 3- Again?

TWIMC:

I just sent an email to support about running out of activations -- even though I do have my original 3.0.2. Serial number which your server rejected.

I also included my frustrations in this as a legitimate customer as well as an occasional useful participant at this forum.
One shouldn't need to prove one's "I don't rip off software" status like this just because one may have plugged in a removable drive or had some other minor change on one's own system triggering this. Or whatever mysterious quirk caused this "Sorry, you don't have the right to use this program that we know you bought from us" situation.
Hopefully someone is at the helm besides the auto-response I just got, but being about 7 p.m. PST and day from New Years, great, I'm probably out of luck...

My apologies for the rant, but it is frustrating nontheless.

I had a similar problem and Alan took care of it on New Year's Day no less - great support.
