I'm just trying to install PI 3 on my newly formatted Windows 7 machine.
Apparently I have used up my 3 unlocks and that needs resetting but the support email I am given has permanent failures. :-(
Does anyone know who I should email?
Read the email server error messages carefully. If it contains the word "blacklisted", that means that you won't be able to send to any of the wondertouch email addresses. In that case you can use support at genarts dot com.
(Or use a different email account to send -- one that hasn't been blacklisted.)
Seemingly I have been blacklisted. - It wasn't me! I didn't do anything. Honest!
I've re-sent the mail from another account. If that doesn't work I'll use the gen arts one.
