pillsuion can only work in square pixels, so I am going to give you the actual dimensions and then the square pixel equivilent (SPE) - meaning the size that you will need to work with in pIllusion for the footage to fit properly in a non-square pixel comp. Frame rates are also listed as pIllusion capable frame rates (ex. 30 FPS instead of 29.97):

PAL D1 DV
Dimensions: 720 576
SPE: 768 x 576
FPS: 25

PAL D1 DV Widescreen
720 x 576
SPE: 1024 x 576
FPS: 25

NTSC DV
720 480
SPE: 648 x 480
FPS: 30

NTSC DV Widescreen
720 x 480
SPE: 864 x 480
FPS: 30

So can i ask something more:

I would like to make some background videos and then import them into my video editor (ulead media studio pro) so do i need to use the solutions you gave to me?

So is this right i have to look what kind of pixels my video editor is possible to use?

ParticleIllusion cannot create anything but square pixels. The formats you asked about are not sqare pixesl. As a reult you must work in square pixels in pIllusion, but you have to do it with measurements that will be adjusted properly when added to your video editor. most video editing programs will understand that they need to stretch (or squish) the image if it has the wrong Pixel aspect ratio. If you;ve sized the footage correctly it will resize perfectly.

The SPE's I gave you are designed to acoount for all of that and automatically size them properly.
