After seeing Spiderman again a few days ago, I was wondering if there's any way to emulate webbing in PI? Simple webbing being shot, but also the 'impact' webbing, where a small blob/orb of webbing is shot and hits the bad guy pretty hard.
It would probably be easier to animate the webs in your video program. (After Effects would make it a snap.)
However you'd still want ParticleIllusion for the puffs of dust as your knocked badguy goes sprawling, for atmospherics, or for the Green Goblin's pumpkin thingies.
Or for, like, a zillion other things.
