I'm rigging a character's face and I am trying to link and limit scale, position and rotation to the position of a Master null (Face_null) that controls the direction of where the face is looking.
So far I have managed to link and limit the amount of scale of the eyes (to fake the width of the eyes once they approach the profile) to the X position of this Master null. The expression looks like this:
What I want to be able to do is link the rotation of the eyes to the position Y value of Face_null, so that when the character looks up or down the eyes rotate slightly. I thought that by changing minSize and maxSize to minRotation and maxRotation it would work but it turns out it doesn't.
The other thing I want to do is link the position of say the hair to Face_null so when the character looks up I can limit how much the hair moves up. I don't just want to parent it because that way the hair would move much further than where the head is. I want to limit the amount it's allowed to move in Y.
