Scale expression interpolation with 3 points?
on Dec 21, 2015 at 6:57:46 pm

I am trying to make some preset animations for a team of animators, but my scripting knowledge is purely from taking apart templates and figuring out how they work.

so I'm struggling trying to make a scale out expression with an overshoot because the method I'm familiar with involves interpolation which only involves 2 points. but to overshoot and scale down I need it to consider 3 points. Is there a way to do that? or to have interpolation A animate into Interpolation B or something?
(ps. I'm new here so If i'm doing everything wrong pls be kind)

the script below has the Ease out I want and the overshoot value but I can't figure out where to put it without ruining the script.

scaledown= (value*0);
scaleup=(value*1.2);
Pos2= scaledown, Pos1= value, Pos3= scaleup;
ease(time,outPoint-effect("EaseScale Timing")("Slider")/100,outPoint,Pos1,Pos2);
