I´m having a bit of a hard time coz maybe my math is just not good enough, but I couldn´t figure out how to solve this problem:
I´m trying to make a triangles tunnel, what i did by using an index based expression to the outer radius property:
time*4000-index*800 // the numbers 4000 and 800 are the optimal i found for
//the animation, but what i did was to assign slider controls into that expression
and then i made a merge paths with another triangle that divided the previous value of the outer radius by 3, generating then the hole in the triangle.
the problem is that i need the triangles to get broader when they get away from the center, what doesn´t happen with that "time*" expression.
figure A shows the storyboard and how the triangles should be
figure B shows the result i got so far with that expression assigned to 1 2 alternate colors layers and then duplicating them.
