Adding loopOut() to existing expression
on Jun 26, 2014 at 6:30:55 pm

I have a simple expression on a Slider control that has two keyframes.

posterizeTime(4);
Math.round(value);

Adding a loopOut(); to the end of this ignores the Math.round(). But strangely, the posterizeTime() still is being applied.

How can I add a looping expression to my existing expression?

you can roll your own loopOut() cycle with valueAtTime().

try this:

Math.round(valueAtTime(time%key(numKeys).time))

This expression does not work with CC2015.

Even if I just use it by itself with two keyframes, AE is giving me an error: "Invalid numeric results (divide by zero?)"

Any ideas?
